Really sorry for replying you late, cause I was ill and rest in hospital where there is no internet for right ear surgery, and my colleague forget to reply you here, hope you can understand!
It should be compatible, but you may need to do wiring modification to make the connection.

I'm sorry but we do not have Renault Megane car. But if you are just want to use the steering wheel control function, you can use the included external wireless remote controller instead of the original car's steering wheel function.
