A lot of problems with my radio

Hallo,

i have a lot of issues. So i made some videos from every issue.

First issue is that the ACC is not working.


Next is that i have no sound on rear speaker.


Then comes the reverse-cam. It seems to work fine when the car engine is NOT running but when i start the cars engine i can´t use the reverse-cam


The radio is not connected with a trigger wire!!!!! There is no trigger wire out from the radio. So it looks like that the CANBUS is switching the display.

At last is that i can´t log into Google PlayStore. And i can´t download the files from here. Links seems to be broken.


Now is the question what comes next. Right now i am not very satisfied with the radio.

Hope we can fix all the issues fast

Hi,
Sorry for the late reply due to the weekend.
For the ACC issue, it's normal for our unit, it does not perform like your original once, sorry for the little confuse happened.
For the rear speaker no sound issue, you can check the below forum to connect the RCA cable with the power cable.

For the reverse camera issue, there is another forum about how it happens and the solution for it.

For the Google play store issue, I just write a post to describe the way to solve it, just download two update Google service apk on our unit to solve it.

thanks for your reply. So if i understand it right with the rear speaker, is that i should take the A B C D output from the ISO-Plug and connect it with the extra AUDIO OUTPUT cable for the unit?? Should it not be an AUDIO INPUT????????

The reverse camera issue did i resolve yesterday by take a 30A 12V relay. Sounds a little bit funny but it works well . Sorry for the post about that. Maybe i was to quick to post, should instead read the forum carefully

I will try the Google play issue later today and reply.

Hi,
Sorry for my late reply.
In fact, the A B C D output from the ISO-Plug is for audio input, just in order to make other client understand easily to connect the corresponding RCA cable, so the factory technician design like that, sorry for the misleading brought to you.
SO you should take the A B C D output from the ISO-Plug and connect it with the extra AUDIO OUTPUT cable for the unit.
