I wanted to ask you some information on my pumpkin rk3188, who for some days does not work anymore 'bluetooth in any way, you are not even shown on the display, and even the system does not arm.
is there a way to fix the problem ?? There is an update to Android 4.4.4. kit kat installed the origin ??

Sorry for the trouble brought to you.
Could you please first tell us your order number or buyer ID?
For the Bluetooth problem, you can try to press the RST hole to reset the unit, and please use another phone to connect when it's not connected.

Did you install the update firmware for your unit?
Please check if your phone system is update, and try to use other phones to connect.

With respect of your description about the Bluetooth problem, it maybe the internal Bluetooth module broken.
Please try to contact our ebay customer service to return it back for repair.
