Please provide us the radio mode in the factory settings.
And does only the radio come no sound from speakers?

I don't know which car radio model you bought, even
You should buy our unit more than one year ago.
The firmware update does little help for the radio function.
We can send you our most stable mcu file for android 4.4 unit, but we are not sure if it can solve your problem, just a possible way.
