Issue with the head unit (Zoll 2)

Hi,

I purchased this produce: Pumpkin 7 Zoll 2 Din Autoradio Moniceiver (WinCE) and since then, every time I switch on ignition, the head tray comes out (exposing the slots for SD cards, CD) and then I have to press the close button to keep back the tray in closed position. Samething happens when I switch off ignition too. This is very irritating to see this tray coming out/going in every time I switch off/on the ignition. I tried all the settings, manual but couldnot solve this. Can you please help with this?

I used this headset in my Nissan Pathfinder car.
