Adjust the Mic. Level

Hallo,
is there some option where I can adjust
the mikrofon level? When I speak in Telefon mode
it is to loud and the audio sounds not clear! Maybe a little adjust of 10 - 15 % should be OK
Is that possible?

Could you please tell us your ebay buyer/user ID?
There is not a option to adjust the mic level, but you can adjust the Bluetooth volume in the factory settings.
And when you get or make a call, please turn up both your phone and the unit volume level, and well close the windows.

The ebay name can be used for checking more useful information which you have not mentioned, such as the purchased time.
Due to the ebay item number change with the new released unit, sometime we use your ebay item number to check from our ERP system, but we find two different product, and the problem for the same function maybe different from different product, hope your kind understanding.

Your information were found.
For the mic level, as I mentioned before, sorry,there is not a option to adjust the mic level, but you can adjust the Bluetooth volume in the factory settings.
And when you make or get a phone call, please adjust both the phone and unit volume to proper level, since the volume level may have a little difference between different apps.
