It takes to loong for you to solve this, you reply one email a week?
As I said before: I do not want to use a dongle because the unit is brand new. And the USB don´t work either. I want to be able to use the built in WIFI, not a dongle.

It's about time you realize that you have to send me a brand new head-unit that works and I will return the one I got and you pay me the 100 US dollar deposit back.

I´m starting to get sick of the whole Autopumpkin unit/brand. This is taking to long time to resolve.

I want a unit that works 100%, thats what I want.

Hi, normally if you want to get a new head unit from us, you have to first return the old one back to us.
If you want to get it in hurry, you can buy a new unit, and we will send it to you ASAP.
Once you get the new unit, then return both the old fault unit and mainboard back to us, we will return you the money of the old unit and deposit.
More question about the return and exchange, please contact our ebay customer service.

I will newer buy this brand again. I sent a mail to:"support@autopumpkin.com" a long time ago regarding return,but never got a reply for the return address.

So what´s the address?

I just received my unit RQ0264-DE last week and installed it the next day.
When I try to power on wifi it doesn't work. It never worked.
My unit came from Germany, and I told them to check the unit before sending it to me...

Now I can't use online navigators, I can't download waze, I can't mirroring my iphone...

Now I discover this forum I see there are many people with the same issue. So I can't understand why they told me to show them a video to proof my unit is faulty.

I don't know how to check if the rear usb (marked both with 3g usb) work properly, because I don't have a 3g dongle, but I connected a pendrive with music and it's not recognized at all...
But the front mini usb port it works with the MP3 music pendrive.

I can't believe that pumpking are selling units with a well know fault wifi module.

I sent an email to support, and still waiting the answer.

Any help will be welcomed.

Hi,
Normally we have tested the WiFi function before sending the unit out, it may be damage during the transport, sorry for the trouble caused.
We can send you a WiFi dongle to help the unit receive the WiFi signal again.
If you want to solve the fault wifi module, we can send you a new main board to replace it.
Or you can choose to return it back to get a whole new unit exchange.
We really want to give you positive solution, hope your understanding.

So what is staususen on the main unit I sent you? You do not answer my emails. You got the package on December 5, but I have not heard from you.
