RQ1222E switch off befor key leave the ignition lock

my RQ1222E switch off befor I leave the key from the ignition lock. How can I solve this problem? I drive a Audi A4 B7 from 2004.

Could you please first tell us your order number or buyer ID?
It's normal for our unit that it switch off when you turn the key to ignition lock, maybe it perform a little different compared to your original radio.
Please don't worry, this does not affect other function working.

This is normal? I can not believe it. Other Can-Bus adapter work correct by leaving the key. Is there a solution for this problem?

Hi,
The normal I said is just for the Canbus adapter with our unit, cause the factory technician admit that there is a small bug of the Canbus adapter for Audi. And they don't have a best solution for this problem.
