Hy Jammy,
Regarding the mirror I will have a look during the day. Sorry if it is that simple I havn't seen this option even if I know this settings. Regarding the sound issue: I'm from northern Germany. It would be nice if the speech would come out of the front speaker. To be honest that would be the best solution overall, but currently it's just silent (from the point of speech) if maps is not in front. Please send me a link to the factory maps and I will try if this changes something. Currently I use the latest maps version from the store (was auto-updated).
Best,
Frerk

Re: Bluetooth phone connection does not work
Hy Jammy,
thanks for the download. I will try it, but I guess there is a missunderstanding. You stated that the Maps online version will produce only sound from the front speaker without muting the radio. Well, that would be fine, but in my case it is muting the reducing radio volume, but there is no sound at all from maps in the front speakers. So everytime maps wants to say something. The volume is decreasing, but thats all. Afterwards the volume is increasing again, but no voice from the speakers. Any ideas?
And here some information that might be interesting for you: You send me the pic where I can find the option to de-mirror my rear view camera. I look in the menu of my car and the German translation is simply wrong. That's why I did not find it. In German it states: "Rückfahrcamera" with state "an" or "aus". In english it simple means "rear view camera" "on/off". So I though its for deactivating the cam. In the same menu is also one entry which is not even german (I think it's dutch and I have no clue what it is about). I guess the entry reversing volume does mean "volume if car is in reverse gear" which is a nice feature, but it's translated in German in a way that you understand "general volume decreasement for rear speaker" (maybe for balancing of external amplifiers). So this whole menu definitely needs a native german speaker to make it work. But this is just as an information for you. The real issue is the missing sound of maps on the front speakers. Might this be a firmware bug as I got a new firmware from you in the beginnning of this thread?

Hi,
It's strange about the maps no sound from front speakers.
In order to make sure whether it's the firmware bug or the maps software problem, here is the another old firmware for your unit.
