13-RQ0278E-DE-A "Rocket" icon bug

Hi,
by touching the "Rocket" icon, which is named with "Speed" (in german "Geschwindigkeit") a message "Google Play Services stopped" comes up and the device is showing the starting screen (car symbol), but it is not rebooting. Only the reset button helps to reboot.
Originally with the "Rocket" icon there is showing a big speedometer. I think there is a problem with the Google Services - the active apps list shows two launcher3 apps (1x a Google symbol + 1x a house symbol???)...

For the Google service issue, you can first refer another forum to check.

Just download and install the two new apks.
If this still does not help, I can send you the original firmware.

Please can you send me the original firmware (DAB+ and Torque are included?).

Hi,
You can first go to the Settings--backup and reset--factory data reset to restore the factory settings.
The DAB+ and Torque app are the factory default app,please tell us what problem about the two apps.

Just download the firmware file, please don't unzip it, use the USB stick or SD card to copy it, plug the USB stick or SD into the unit, then the unit will recognize and start the update.

Your offered version is MTCD_LM_V1.98 Nov 16 2016 (DAB+ and Torque in this Version are missing).

Can I get the new Version please?
