13 RQ0278E-DE-A update error

I have today from the XDA Forum an allegedly improved update downloaded and tried to install my 13 RQ0278E-DE_A. The installation broke off after about 1 minute. The device could then no longer be started. I then called theRecovery and tried the firmware to play here from the forum thread 13-RQ0278E-EN-A perm reboot. The process will terminate with error message.
What else can you do?

Hi,
Regarding your issue, I have to say, the factory told us that it's not allow to install the firmware/mcu from other place.
Normally we also don't suggest our clients do this, the reason is just to prevent the problem that you had happening, it could bring other problem and even break the system.
I will send both the original firmware and mcu file to you, just hope you can solve the problem.

Thanks Jammy,
my device is running again, I have removed from the firmware update.zip the CPU detection in gr or grw .Removed the update again and the error was eliminated.
