I bought the following radio for my BMW:

After successfully installing the device, I noticed one bug after another on several days. At first the navigation software iGO Primo had some issues. During navigation the sound of the speaking person suddenly shoots up sometimes and everybody in the car is scared for a moment cause of the loud noise. The loud noise just lasts for a split of a second and then comes down to a normal state again.
During parking backwards, the radar sometimes crashes. After the crash the software displays a Chinese error message which I can't post here now because I wasn't able to catch that moment.
Even the bluetooth connection to my Galaxy S7 is weird. I haven't tried another phone yet, but I am not really happy about it. Sometimes it loses the connection or it is linked to the phone, but the connection starts to stutter after a bluetooth phone call, for example. If I skip to the next song, the radio makes a sound of a brief part of my song and then stops playing the music. Oddly the music continues playing my song in the phone, cause you can see the music-bar processing. But there is no sound which should come out of the radio.
I complained about my issues and got an .rar-file from the vendor. He told me to put the software onto my micro-SD, which I should push into the GPS slot. After pushing the RST-Button, the software should start the update, but I always get the following error:

Is there any possibility to update my radio software or to install an absolutely new one? Here is some information about my car radio:

The funny about this is, that the "Factory Setti..." Button - as you can see in the picture above - doesn't even work. If you press it, you get a authentication message with a password which is required. After entering the correct password, as it says in the manual, nothing even happens. The dialog closes and then ... just nothing happens.
. But there is still a static which comes out of the radio. I can hear it when the volume is greater than "0". Even if I am not in the radio mode but in the bluetooth mode for example, I can hear a static. That's weird but it's not that fatal. I can live with that.
