Hi,

I just received this unit and will be installing later today. I have a couple simple questions.

- I will only need the ISO header and the header with the RCA outputs. I assume if I am not using the other functions I can leave those headers out of the install?
- Each header has a ground connection. Are these all separate internally that I need to ground each one? Just trying to clean up the wiring as much as possible.
- Steering wheel controls - This unit will be installed in a 2007 Honda Civic Si. Are the connections needed to the Pumpkin the wires labeled W1 and W2? It's the only thing that makes sense to me. Should I be able to just directly connect those to the steering wheel controls from the car and the player software can learn the buttons or do I need to purchase something like the Axxess ASWC-1?

Hi,
You can leave those header with the RCA cable alone and keep them in case they are in need in the future.
I don't quite understand the ground connection of the header, they are just plug and play when connecting to other external device.
For the steering wheel control, the steering wheel control of your car should be based on the resistance analog signal, you just need to find the corresponding wires to connect the labeled W1 and W2, then go to the CarSettings--steering wheel to learn the keys.
