Please Help SD/GPS card not reading

Hello,

Can someone please assist me with how to fix my Pumpkin unit.
The GPS stopped working (IGO) app, stating that the GPS card is not inserted in the slot. I have tried to remove and reinsert and it does not seem to recognize that the card is installed.

I tried the card in my computer and the card works fine. I also tried copying the files to another 8GB card to make sure and I am still getting the same problem.

Does anyone know what I need to do?

Regarding your issue, the GSP card slot may be damaged.
If the unit have another SD card slot, please insert the SD card into the SD card slot to use.
And the USB cable can perform as same as the GSP card.
