i've bought my Pumpkin Radio last year August. Today my Radio won't boot anymore, so i would like to ask if you could send me a Link to the most recent Firmware for my Radio? Maybe you could verify if i really have the RQ0255E when i send you my order number? My order number is 028-2465656-7641929.

Hi,
Sorry for the late reply due to the Chinese New Year's Day.
The unit you bought from us is RQ0264, which is the android 5.1 version.
Regarding your issue, please install the factory firmware to check, here is the link for you.

Please go to the recovery mode to install the firmware. just follow the below steps.
Hold the power button and use a sharp thin sticker to press the RST button at the same time, keep them for around 5 seconds. after that, please release the RST button, then you can release the power button, and the unit will automatically go to the recovery mode.
