Once again I cleared all data and reimaged the device and the Touchscreen no longer works. Please advise.

Sorry for the touch screen issue brought to you.
It's possible that the touch screen is broken, you can get a new touch screen to solve it.
Normally we can send it to you for free, but we need to order it from the factory, and the factory staff had taken the Chinese New Year's Day holiday. They will come back to work after two weeks.
If you hurry to get it to solve the touch screen problem, I suggest you buy a capacitive touch screen from your local or online store

It works sometimes and not others, when it freezes I hit the reset button until it usually starts working again, Is this a Touchscreen failure?

I don't have the the part of the touch screen, we need to order it from the factory supplier, but they had taken the holiday of the Chinese New Year so you may need to wait for two weeks, sorry for the inconvenience brought to you.
