Radio Stops When any application is oppned

Hello,

The Radio application stops (quits) when I open any other information (i.e. Google Maps, Google Play Store, etc..)

Please advise on How I can fix this so that the Radio keeps on playing. My Device is: 27-AQTU72

Hi,
Regarding your issue, it maybe the system software problem, you can flash the unit with the firmware to check.

For the process, please follow the below steps.
Please download the update rar file through your browser, unzip it, then open it and copy all the files in the root inventory of the unzipped folder. Please use a USB stick to copy them, then plug the USB stick into the rear USB cable.
Power off the unit and turn on it again or just press the RST hole to start the update process.

I have tried this firmware with no luck, everytime i open any application (i.e. like google maps) the radio stops.
