Re: Firmware for RQ0278E-ES
Good morning:
I copied the update to the SD card. Once installed it reboots the device several times and in the end I get caught with the following message;
Updating 1 of 87 applications
It restarts 2 or 3 times and ends at the end.
I give the restart button and do the same again until it goes off again. Every time I hit the restart button, it always goes off and still does not work.
Can you help me,
Thank you very much,
JM

Hi,
Please refer the below steps to enter the recovery mode to flash the unit.
Power one the unit, press the power button, keep it around 5 seconds, then loose it and short press it at once.
Wait for a while, then the unit will go to the recovery mode.
Plug the USB stick with the download firmware, short press the power button to choose update path.
Then long press the power button to start the update process.
Regards

This looks like exactly the same issue as I am having, the problem is it switches itself off during the optimising process. When I have updated tablets and phones before, they stay switched on until all apps are optimised.
