3G Signal full but no internet

Hello,

I have plugged in my 3G dongle into the rear USB cable, and two things happen:

- The unit retrieves the information that my usb storage unit can be removed (which I find strange, because I just connected it)
- The signal bar appears, all the triangles are filled, the dongle is blinking blue (which is good) but no network connection found on the unit.

Do you know why this is happening?

Could you please first tell us your order number or buyer ID?
Our unit can only support the 3G WCDMA sim card, please check it.
And normally the unit can connect to internet when the signal bar are filled.
That's strange, would you mind take a video to help us check?
