Hi there
I think you must forget to enable an option when buring the firmware card.
Please check the photo I made again for you pointed out with a line to enable this option, the other two option no need to enable:

Could you please format your card and re burn the firmware into the card to update to solve?
And please make sure your firmware is the one I provided in the instruction buring card topic, you may click the following direct link to download again too:

Regards!

Hi there
That is really stranger, how did you get into that menu as your previous reply shows but this time the radio is not entering any more?
Can you turn on the unit, then use a thin sticker to short press the RST hole on the front panel, after the screen display “welcome to enter Android system”, then short press twice the middle button, then long press the middle button, after 2-3 seconds, please loose your hand,
then the radio will automatically restore the system. it needs recovery the system,so it may need 3-5 mins to complete this, thanks.
pls see below video which help you how to operate.

Hi there
Thank you for your fast reply!
I forget to ask you to remove the firmware card during the recovery process on your last reply. Did you removed that?
The two yellow lines, I never saw it before. If the method still do not solve, I think the best idea is to replace the main Android board behind the radio.
Would you mind tell me your order number so that I can check your order details? If you bought from ebay, directly give me your ebay ID, I will find out your order information if you bought from us.
Regards!

Hi there
I mean remove the firmware card, and then do the recovery process as the last video shows.
You removed that, right?

Yes I removed all cards still will not go to recovery. It shows those yellow lines when I do the same as your video.
And if I just start the unit without pressing buttons it goes to navigator start logo followed by android boot logo and stays that way.

Can we use Skype or phone. Would be easier?
