I have a lot of trouble
Gps is slow, google play wont work correctly, the screen wont turn on every time the car starts, the device turs on or the led, but screen not. Bought it from ebay.de transaction nr is: 1606896820018

Should i try the new firmware you released, can you send me the link please?

If you used the online GPS, it's also related to the internet connection status.

Sorry for the late update.
We just got a new firmware and mcu from the factory, they said that it could solve the GPS signal problem.

Please download both the firmware and mcu through your browser, just copy the file into an empty (micro)SD card, make sure the file is in root of the card.(ie, when you open the card, the file is directly located there)

Then please insert the sd card with the firmware file and mcu into the GPS slot.
The unit will recognize the update firmware automatically and pop out a dialog, choose "wipe data and format flash", then click Install, the unit will finish the update after a few minutes.

After the firmware updating, then go to the settings--about tablet to click MCU update.
