Hi,
1. Did the radio not get any station or just the Tune button on the front panel not work?
Please check the radio region and go to the settings--factory settings(126)--application to check the Radio option.
Don't change any settings in factory settings, cause it may unable some function and even break the system.
2.This unit can read two SD card at the same time, please go to the File manage to check it.
Please notice, this unit support up to 32GB SD card with FAT32 or NTFS format.
3.For the video input, when you connect a digital TV, please first check if the video and audio RCA cable connect correctly and tightly.
Then you need go to click the AVIN icon to get the video input signal.

Normally before we send an update/original mcu file, we suggest our client provide us the Application and Others setting in factory settings.
Once there is a problem, we may find the reason and give the right solution.

After updating the 2 files (boot and mcu) the problems remain.
After changing the settings, I got the radio tuned.
I need now to solve the problem of the second SD that does not recognize and the video input (Digital TV).

For the send SD card, please use a new or other SD card to put into the SD card slot and GPS slot to check if the card slot is broken.
For the video input, could you please take a picture of the digital TV cable connection?

As you tested result shown, the SD card slot on the unit may be broken.
Please check if the other card slot does not work either.
We can send you the Sd card slot part to you to make it work again, and the part change process is not difficult.
In fact, one card slot is enough for you to use maps. For mp3 music or video, you can use the USB stick through USB cable to play.
For the video input screen, hope you can use another device, such as rear camera or headrest monitor, then connect to the unit, and check if the unit will get video when you click the AVIN app. We need to know it's the TV box problem or the video input cable damage.
