Hi, all, if your radio's UI looks like this picture and with built in Parrot BT module, and the model named 11-****, such as 11-C0259E.When in the bluetooth music,the volume of some items may with very low volume compare to BT call function, you can check this method to solve it. Please update the system.this is the link of the update file for you.(NOTE: If your device is not like this or your device do not have issue at original, please do not update it incase wrong update causes issue on the device.)

Then please take out SD after finished, and delete the update file from the card, incase it will update again next time..
