No Key Light

Hello, I have a problem with my Radio, the Key Light does not work by car light on. But the display will be dark.

Is it wired up to the illumination wire? The lights will then come on automatically with your car lights. I couldn't find the illumination wire on my car so I went in to factory settings and just turned the units lights on permanently

Yes, I have the wire to the illumination from the car. The Display will be dark by car lights but the key light does not go on. I search for the correct setting about this.

Sorry for the late reply.
Could you please tell us just some of the key not go on or none of them?
You can go to the Settings--factory settings--others to make sure the key light option is selected.
