27-AQTU72 EasyConnect not working

I am trying to use EasyConnect with an LG G3 running Android 6.0.1 with USB Debugging enabled but it will not find the phone. My headunit is 27-AQTU72, any suggestions on how to get this working?

For the easyconnect, please first refer the below tutorial video to check.

And if it still has problem, please download a new easy connect app, then connect it again.

The updated application got me further. It now detects the phone but when installing the intercommunication service it fails. Any other suggestions?

I got all the same prompts as the video you suggested but the service will not install.

Hi,
This unit does not support the intercommunication service, just the easyconnect function.

The intercommunication service is part of easyconnect. When you launch easy connect it detects MOB and then goes to installing intercommunication service and fails.
