I bought this last week:

It now won't boot up properly unfortunately. Please could you let me have the latest firmware for this?

Hi.
Sorry for the trouble caused and the late reply due to the weekend.
Regarding your issue, normally you can install the latest firmware to solve it, here is the link for your unit.

You just need to download it through your browser, use a SD card or USB stick(not up to 32GB) to copy the rar update file, don't unzip it.
Then insert the SD card or USB stick into the unit.
Then turn on the unit, press the power button and keep it for 3-5 second, loose it and short press it at once, then wait for a few seconds, then the unit will enter the recovery mode, please choose to update the system from SD or USB.

I bought a p07 pumpkin it keeps freezing on start up and will not allow me to turn on wifi. Everything else works. Is there a new firmware I can get for this or even the one that was put in by factory. I just got this yesterday and love it. Don't want to go threw the hassle of taking it out and sending it back to amazon. Please help I know how to install the firmware been doing it for awhile. My personal email is bundybuck@aol.com. I also need map firmware the map card was not in box. Thanks so much.

Hi, I have applied the update.zip but it still goes back to optimising apps when it boots up and before it completes optimisation it switches itself off....!!! Not looking good.

Hi,
You might fail to apply the update file, cause the unit could not start properply.
Please follow the below steps to enter the recovery mode to install the update file.
Hold the power button and keep it for 3-5 second, loose it and short press it at once, then wait for a few seconds, then the unit will enter the recovery mode, please choose to update the system from SD or USB.
If possible, would you mind take a short video to help us check?
