TURNING OFF AND ON LONG DELAY ON BUTTONS

It cintinually turns itself off and on and the delay of when selecting an icon button to execution of loading taking up to 92 seconds.

Is there a firmware upgrade from what I currently have?

Sorry for the trouble caused.
There are two different kind unit which may have the same system version like you shown.
We need more information to give you the right firmware to help you solve the problem.
I can understand you don't have the order number, you can give us the SKU number on the back of the unit.
