Pumpkin KD-1214 dead

Hello!
I bought this device in october of 2015 and a few days ago stopped working.
The tensions I measured are ok with or without the can bus decoder. On pressing Power it just beeps from the internal buzzer.
I tried to hard reset and it beeps three times and that's it. The lights won't work either.
What can I do about this? Can I fix it with your instructions or do you have a service I can send the device to be repaired, paying for the service, of course.

Regarding your issue, you can first refer another forum about how to check the unit not working.

Once we confirm your order information, you can return the unit back to us for repair in case the problem can not be solved online.

Thanks for replying! I checked the device, but no luck.
Let me tell you a little backstory as to how it stopped working. Someone that didn't know what he was doing tried to put up steering wheel commands by tying the two CANBUS wires of the car to the two brown wires from the device (Key 1, Key 2). Since then the device only makes a sound on pressing power, but no power actually gets to it.
The order number is 151771467406, from 18 october 2015.
Will you provide the details for the return? How much would the repair cost?

I have a similar issue with the KD-C1403. I hooked it up and only got an exclamation error on a black screen. I am getting power on the yellow and red wires.

I am in contact with your customer service by email though the delay is great. I was informed I had to cut the reverse wire on the harness to get the radio to power on and get passed the error screen. I guessed which wire was the reverse wire (orange anna black). After cutting I don't get the error but the device does not power on at all.

Hi,
This reverse detective wire does not affect the unit powering on, the unit itself may have problem.
You can try the last way, plug the Canbus box, modify the red wire of the power cable to your car cigar lighter positive pole.
Then check if the unit start normally.
If this still does not help, please return it back to us for repair.

The unit came with 2 harnesses. The second one does not have a canbus adapter on it. When I try that I get the same thing. Nothing.

Is there a pinout on the plug so I know exactly which I connect to power?

Hi,
Sorry, we don't have the pinout on the plug for the harness with canbus adapter.
But for the second harness without canbus adapter, it's an ISO power cable, please use it to and try to power on the unit, you can refer the below video in your workbench, not installing into your car.

Or you just need to join the red wire into the yellow wire for the harness with canbus adapter.
