RQ0278E Dab+ missing station

I have an Rq0278E system with DAB+ and an external roof mounted aerial. I am based in the UK.

The system picks up all the usual DAB stations except BBC 5 Live. Everything else on the multiplex ( https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/BBC_National_DAB) is there except 5 live. It even picks up 5 Live Sport Extra but not the main BBC 5 service.

I have tried rescanning multiple times but still can't pick up this missing station.

Is there another version of the DB+ app I could try?

That's strange, please tell us the current system version on your unit.
If there is a new firmware available, I can send it to you to check.

I think this is likely a bug in the DAB+ Tuner app. Please can you pass the details onto the developers of the app so they can fix?

Situation:
Details of the BBC DAB multiplex can be found at http://www.wohnort.org/DAB/uknat.html#BBC.
BBC Radio 5 Live is a news and sport service which broadcasts 24 hours per day. BBC Five Live Sports Extra is a secondary service on Five Live and is NOT on-air 24 hours. It only broadcasts when BBC Five Live has multiple sporting events to cover, so they broadcast one on the main Radio 5 service, and the other on 5 Live Sports Extra. When on air, BBC Radio Five Live Sports Extra exists both as a Secondary Component of BBC Radio 5 Live and as a Service in its own right.

Expected Behaviour:
BBC Five Live should appear in the DAB channel list at all times as it broadcasts at all times.
BBC Five Live Sports Extra appear in the DAB channel list when scanned at times when the service is broadcasting.

Actual Behaviour:
When BBC Five Live Sports Extra is broadcasting it is not possible for the DAB+ app to scan for the main/permanent BBC Five Live Service. Instead only the temporary Five Live Sports Extra Service is shown.
