What do you mean with:
but you need to contact our customer service and attach the order number or buyer ID

I bought the device on 14 Jul 2016 at ebay.de .
The seller is called pumpkin_coolstore.
The article number was 301760022851.

The maps are used for different area and different kind unit, so we need to know more product details to provide you the correct update maps.
