My order number is 111-6975916-0985856 radio model CN10-02201B-08AUS. I have been getting the same error message as well tried everything including the videos pumpkin sent me. It would see my phone get to the install then drive mode installed and opens automatically but still fails installation. So I saw your last post and installed the updated easy connect app but now it won't even recognize my device being connected. How do I do a factory reset? I tried the rst button as well as multiple other combinations. Either that or could you post a link for the software version I originally had which is TW01.4.3.3

We had tested the android 7.0 and iphone 10.2 with the easy connect app, and they worked well.
Could you please tell us take a picture or a short video about the problem?
This will help us give you positive solution.
And you can try to use another phone to connect.

Hi,
It take some time to support the update android version due to the easy connect app limitation.
Normally it takes about 2 weeks when there is a new android version appear.
