Steering control stalk for Bluetooth calling does not work

Hi Sir,

I am from India. I bought this model RQ0276E from UK. I have installed this stereo in my Honda Jazz 2016.
There are five buttons in my steering wheel +-<> and source button. All are working fine.
There are two stalks for phone calling and disconnecting calls via bluetooth under my Steering.

These controls are not working or responding during key study but i can receive or dial calls in the touch screen.

I request a resolution for this.

Hi,
For the steering wheel buttons, this unit can support the normal position keys on your steer wheel, such as the left/right side of it.
Could you please take a picture to show us where the two stalks for phone calling and disconnecting calls locate?
You can also try to reset all the learned keys, then try to learn the two stalks to check again.
I think the two stalks are not supported for our unit, sorry about this.

Hi,

Please find the attached PIC of Steering calling stalk and the current version. Let me know if any new version of firmware or Android 6.0 is available.
Also with the current Google Map Factory Version the voice Navigation is not working.

Hi,
In the attached picture, the steering call stalk is separated from the other steering wheel keys, and the factory technician said that currently our unit did not support this steering call stalk, sorry about this. We will try to find the solution to make it available.
There is a new update firmware for your unit.

For the google map voice navigation, this unit should support it, could you please take a short video to help us check?

Thanks for the information and support. I will download and update the firmware. Is there any video or article to update the firmware.
Many of the videos in youtube does not have this unit and most of them have physical button, this one only has touch screen.
Is there anyway we can insert SD Card. I can see only one hole in the above picture. May i also what is the use of this hole(GPS or SD Card).
Any idea what time we can expect the fix for Phone calling stalk.

Hi,
Sorry for the late reply.
For the firmware update way, it's easy, please first insert the SD card with the update firmware into the SD card slot, then go to the settings--about device to click the system update.
Or you can press the RST hole and keep it about 15 seconds, then the unit will enter the recovery mode, and you can choose the update from SD card/USB.

Any update on fixing the steering stalk issue by software update?.

Hi,
The factory technician said that the cable for steering stalk of your car may not integrated into the cable of original radio.
It can not be fixed by the update software, sorry about this.

Thanks..Can you please tell us where is the place to insert SD Card in this Stereo. I have two cables only to insert 3G/USB cables.

Hi,
You can find a SD card slot in the front panel of the unit, and you can also use the two USB cable, one is for USB stick, one is for 3G dongle or USB DVR.
