Volume knob

Just install My device yesterday and today the volume control knob does not work .only works to switch no and off the unit.
Brught in Amazon 171-3697097-3963545 pumpkin 7" lolipop for opel.

For the volume control knob issue, you can press the RST hole and reboot the unit, and please tell us the volume bar on the screen work or not.

I press the RST button and no positive result.
The volume bar works ok .
The volume control from the knob is impossible goes up and down uncontrolled when the knob is turned.
How long must be the RST button must be pressed?

Hi,
Sorry for the volume knob problem.
Please first go to the settings--factory settings(126)--others to set the Wheel3.
I'm not sure whether it's software bug or the button hardware issue.
So if you don't mind, I can send you the original firmware to check.
