NO SIGNAL GPS

Good day
2 days ago I received new radio PUMPKIN
but after installing the GPS does not work :(
I have followed your advice I found on the fore unfortunately did not help
Therefore, I would like to ask the new firmware

Hi,
Could you please tell us your order number or buyer ID?
For the GPS issue, please first make sure the GPS antenna connect tightly and try to put it on the roof of the car.
If possible, please check if the GPS antenna port has 3.3V power supply. Here is a picture for your reference.

There is not any new firmware for the unit.
We can send you the original firmware, just hope some help.

You just need to download it through your browser, use a SD card or USB stick(not up to 32GB) to copy the rar update file, don't unzip it.
Then insert the SD card or USB stick into the unit, and the unit will automatically recognize it. Please click clear up and ok.
