Radio never worked Dab drops off now WIFI stopped

Not impressed Autopumpkin £330 quid its cost so far
The Radio doesn't work it searches but nothing.
The Dab I purchased because the radio didn't work drops its signal despite putting the aerial in the windscreen.
Now the WIfi the only good thing that worked has stopped and will not switch on.

Sorry for the trouble caused.
Could you please tell us your order number or product SKU?
For the DAB signal, you can use another antenna to check.
For the wifi issue, please check if the USB still work, if is, you can use the wifi dongle to get the wifi signal again.

Hi,
Please also tell me more details about the radio you got, maybe the unit does not support the DAB.
You can use plug a USB stick to check if the rear USB still work.

Jammy please see my previous posts.
So the Radio I have is Item Number 11-RQ0265E-UK-A. I asked at the time if DAB was supported and was told yes!!
So what to do about the DAB I have seen DAB aerials in Halfords but will these work??
however I shouldn't need to keep buying parts if yours are unreliable you should be offering me a replacement or alternatives .
Yes all the USB's work but how does this help the WIFI as it doesn't switch on any more.
And how about the normal radio signal I have purchased a powered lead fakura connection the lead colour is blue
but this still doesn't work.

Hi,
I found you wrote the item number on another forum, sorry for the misunderstood.
Your head unit order number would be appreciated.
For the DAB issue, we can send you a new alternative DAB aerial to check.
For the wifi issue, the wifi dongle work just like the built in wifi module of the unit, you can connect the wifi dongle and use to get wifi signal again. Then you can get the internet.
