Firmware for a model

Hey guys!

I have the device in the images below, but I don't know if there is a firmware update or where to look for. I don't even know what model is this, because it's not mentioned anywhere. Also, the RADIO app is not working at all. I tap on it and nothing happens? It's installed on a BMW E6 and it's working wonderful, except this part.

I would be most grateful if someone can provide a firmware update (in case there is one) or a solution to the RADIO app which I need.

Hi,
Could you please tell us your order number or other purchase information?
There is not a firmware update for your unit, please go to the factory settings(126) to tell us the radio option.
For the radio issue, maybe the radio module on the main board of the unit has problem.
The firmware or mcu could not solve it.
Normally we suggest return it for repair.
