Hello,

i bought this radio yesterday on amzone.
i am from germany.

the radio had problems of freezing touchscreen, so everything was stuck,
only thing works is to press the power button for 15sec, and then do a rest.

then i installed a few apps and it worked for an hour, but then it was stuck again.

then it only showed the boot logo for more than 10 minutes so i spendet one hour of trying, factory reset, booting, reset booting,
finaly it startet again, but did the freezing again when i taped "radio"
after a reboot the radio works.... but then it stucked on bluethoot....

so something is'nt working - is the a software update? my MCU is MTCC-KLD6-V2.91

or maybe an older version?

Could you please tell us your current system version? You can go to the settings--about device to get the information.
