Firmware Update WO251 / W0251 Volume Bug

i'm lookin for a firmware upgrade to fix the volume increase bug on my car radio.
The Model is a WO251 or W0251. Installed OS is WinCE 6.0 - MCU THD03.150415(54).

But we never met this kind of issue before. Would you mind record a short video to show us when and how does it increase volume?
And can you tell me what car do you installed the radio into? Did you connected the steering wheel control wires on the new radio to any other place??

But there is a new one

I can't choose the german navifation announcement with TTP (including street names). It is avaiable in the list, but the system didn't accept my choise. Can you provide a fix for this issue?

About the German navigation announcement with TTP, could you please tell us if the English navigation announcement works well.
Would you mind take another video to show us the problem? We will send it to factory to check if the navigation software or the system fault, hope you can understand.
