I also understand you.
Even though you think your brought unit is same as the attached like, I have to tell you the below situation.
There are two kind of wince unit for Opel, so hope you can provide a further main menu picture about your unit.
I just hope to reduce the risk of something wrong after installing the different firmware.

Please download the rar file through your browser, then unzip it, copy all the files into the root inventory of the SD card.
Insert the SD card into the GPS slot on the unit, press the RST hole or restart the unit to start the flash, hope some help.
