Pumpkin Android Flash misstake

Hey,
i´am from the german site China-RNS. I have a big Problem an other user say that i must contact you (sorry for my englisch ).
I have a Pumpkin SKU:12-RQ0415-DE-ADE 4.4.4 Android Radio.
i started a flash Update 5.1.1 FUSE 1024x600_RK3188_06_MAL_30_10_2016_MTCB
the "update" wasn´t succesfull, 25% at the installation, the radio restart and the screen are grey.
i hold the power button for 30sec for recovery, but nothing happens- the radio get off. restart is only possible when turn acc off and on or press reset button- the screen is grey again.

where can i find the recovery mode? is the radio malfunction?

I have to remind you kindly, Please don't install any other update firmware or mcu, it's easy to damage the unit.
