iusse after installing a 27-aqtu72

hello,


After installing the pumpkin 27-aqtu72 my central remote control does not work anymore, but as soon as I unplug the headunit it works again. Help me please.

Hi,
Could you please tell us what kind of your car?
This unit AQTU72 can only support the resistance analog signal steering wheel control, and please check if you modify the wire correctly or use the right adapter.
If possible, hope you can provide us the cable of your original cable or wiring diagram.
We will check and give you further solution.
