Crashed android on S07 VW 8"

Hi in my s07 for golf 6 the android system is shot and the system.img is missed

How can I reinstall the system

I do not know any more no matter what rom I take is the installation complete and the radio turns off

Could you please first tell us your order number or buyer ID?
With respect of your description, I'm a little confused, please tell us more details about the problem you had.
If possible, hope you can provide us some picture or a short video to help us check.
