USB Connection don´t work with 2 connected USB Sticks

Hi there,

i just bought a new Pumpkin 8 inch Android 5.1 Car Stereo( Model S07 or C0356 ) for my VW. but i have some issuses with serveral things:

- transfer the apps to SD Card
- USB Port didn´t work with two USB Sticks and the second USB Stick won´t initilized by Car Stereo
- Changeing the Boot Logo didn´t work
- WiFi Connection to weak to connect to Home WiFi

I hope you habe some answers to get this things done.

Could you please first tell us your order number or buyer ID?
Most of the apps are default installed into the internal memory of the unit, only a few apps can be moved to SD card.
Did the USB port ever recognize the USB stick? maybe the USB cable is broken. please confirm the USB stick format is FAT32 or NTFS, not up to 32GB.
For the boot logo, please go to the factory settings--boot logo to set "logo animation one" and the logo you like, click Apply and Save, restart the unit to check.
For the wifi connection, the wifi signal strength is related to the wifi connection status, please share your phone hot spot, and connect it.

thank you for your quick support.

I bought it at ebay from seller pumpkin_cool and my ebay id is 00mike26. My USB Sticks are formatted correct to FAT32 and they are not bigger then 32GB.
The Boot Logo problem is solved and the WiFi signal over phone is much better now... thumbs up for you....

The Sticks are correct formatted FAT32 and not bigger then 32GB
