Flash & GPS Storage Not Detected

Hello,
About 1.5 years ago I purchased the Pumpkin Android head unit and installed it. Now it is giving me a problem when booting up, it does not detect the flash storage or the GPS storage. I have to reboot the device 3, 4, sometimes 5 times to get the flash storage to show up with my music and the GPS almost never shows up anymore even though I have an 8GB Micro SD card in there.

I don't know the model number of my unit but it looks exactly like the SKU KD-0245 on this website:

I have had several problems with this unit like the radio keeps forgetting the saved channels, and sometimes I'm unable to turn volume up or down (have to reboot for it to work again), but this problem above is unacceptable.

Can anyone please provide assistance in solving this issue?

Ebay does not let me see what I purchased after a certain amount of time. My username on eBay is "anthrox420". I did not do any custom firmware or anything like that.

If this is not enough information, maybe there's something on the device itself that will help you identify the product I bought from Pumpkin.

I should mention that this issue is happening every day, sometimes multiple times a day and I have to reboot about 5 times to get my FLASH and sometimes GPS drives to show up. When this error occurs, certain apps like spotify do not open, and google maps works for a few minutes and then crashes.
