Dab+ not working

Hi, I’ve just purchased from Amazon UK one of your head unit model number CN03-03101B (link below) and the Dab+ USB box model number 13-Y0251-UK and it just does not work, I have tried everything, I have dab reception here with no issues but this refuses to get any stations.

For the dab issue, sorry about this.
If possible, would you mind take a short video to help us check?
Normally the DAB will work well when it get dab signal. Please refer the below instruction about the DAB antenna installation.

You can delete the DAB app and install the below new one, hope some help.

Hi! Did you install the linked DAB-app? I have the same HU and DAB receiver, and sometimes it works, other times the signal indicator just flashes, and no audio is heard. Sometimes it works again if I restart the app. Sometimes the staion list is empty, and I have to search for stations again. Today the station list was empty, but reappeared when I restarted the app. I have not tried to install the linked app.
