Bluetooth noise static

Hello. I purchased a Pumpkin Android 5.1 with Backup Camera via Amazon. Got it installed with little difficulty. Love the unit and its features. However, the Bluetooth connection sounds horrible! I purchased and installed a "ground loop noise filter" and that produced no improvement. I've tried checking all wire connections, moving wires, etc. with no luck.

I am using a Samsung S5 cell phone.

Any troubleshooting advice? I really don't want to return the unit, but poor Bluetooth is a deal breaker.

Could you please first tell us your order number or buyer ID?
For the Bluetooth sound issue, sorry about this, it may be caused by the surrounding noise inside the car.
And it's also related to the phone you used.
If you don't mind, we can arrange to send you a new external mic to check.
