Unfortunately, i get the error shown in the picture.

Tried different cables, restarted phone, head unit .. no luck.

Any idea what could be wrong ?

Hi,
This new easy connect app is from one of our another supplier.
Actually each kind of android head unit from different suppliers have different compatible easy connect app.
There is still another kind easy connect app, we will also contact the factory technician and try to get the suitable app.

Unfortunately it still does not work, it display similar message but this time the message appears before performing any action , as soon as I run the app (see picture).

Are you saying that an update is NOT coming? MirrorLink was one of the main reasons I chose the Pumpkin product. Do you have an alternative solution?
