Black screen after vehicle icon change

Hello, the radio was installed and working correctly. I decided to change the vehicle logo to VW. The system said it needed to reboot, it has had a black screen after that. I tried the rest button, and completely disconnecting the radio from the car. I also disconnected the battery, nothing is fixing it. When I turn the car on nothing appears on the screen, the buttons do light up. I've checked all the fuses too, they are good.
