Head unit is 18 months old - do I need firmware upgrade?
Sometimes when using latest iGo satnav with blue tooth music streaming the screen will continue to show the volume icon or display 'play' when track changes

Could you please first tell us your order number or buyer ID?
Regarding your issue, you can reset the unit to check, it's normal that sometime the unit get stuck when you play satnav and other app at the same time.

Please tell us where you bought the unit, the amazon has the amazon order number, the ebay has the buyer/user ID.
And from our pumpkin website, it also has the pumpkin order number.
Your unit may not from us, please double check it.

sorry for my bad understanding, I can't find any wrong on the picture you attached.I maybe misunderstand your problem. Do you mean that when you using IGO and background Bluetooth music,the screen display the volume icon or display "play"?

Sorry Jammy we seem to have misunderstood each other - my main question was whether or not ther is a firmware upgrade for my head unit? The screen only freezes occasionally and has not done so sInce I reset the unit
