Can you please contact technical support for me and ask the what is happening to the head unit I sent back to you for repair. It where you who suggested that I should send it back to you.

The package where delivered in the beginning of December 2016 and every attempt to get in touch with tech support is resultless. It seems to me that Auto pumpkin fooled me into sending the unit and the extra mainboard back for just to leave me with nothing. Not even the $100 deposit I made for the mainboard that also where defect.

Hi,
I must say this is starting to get very ridiculous, the unit got delivered in December 2016 to the address given to me and I have not received any info on what is happening with it.

So you are saying that you sent your unit back for repair and it arrived at the proper destination ~4 months ago, but no one has replied. You have a tracking number for this shipment? Totally Ridiculous! I thought this would be a company that stands behind their product because they have a longer warranty than most other electronics, but what good is it.

Hi,
I do agree.
The unit was bought under Invoice No. 00340433836959163449 by: schancke7, but I bought it from him so the money shall go to me.

Hi,
For the refund issue ,we find you bought the unit in 2014 which is beyond warranty period so that you can't get total value of the unit. You can go to ebaymessage to contact the seller for the refund.
Regard.

That is wrong, the date on invoice No. 00340433836959163449 is:2015/12/2
So the unit was sold late 2015 and sent to you for repair/replacement late 2016.

I must say I´m so tired of your customer support. We had an agreement that the unit where to be repaired or replaced by you, but you just choose to go back on your word.
So just install the mainboard again and pay me the USD 100 deposit back and ship the unit back to me.
I can always try to sell it or just smash it up into peaces.
